The Hondata s200 Base System is part of the new s-series product range
from Hondata, replacing the Stage 2/3/4 systems. Hondata recommends to use
the Hondata s200 Base System unless the ECU requires the use of a Hondata
Stage 2/3/4 system (PR3, PW0 or automatic ECUs).

Hondata S300

The Hondata S300
System is a plug in module to the factory Honda Engine Computer (ECU)
which vastly expands the capabilities of the factory ECU. It allows real
time tuning of Forced induction and All Motor Applications, datalogging,
and engine protection functions are but a few of the Hondata s300 System
features. The S300 can be updated while the car is running, and does not
require the EPROM programmer to make changes, unlike the Hondata S100 and
S200 chips.

Manifold Gaskets

Hondata have
developed a special high temperature insulating gasket which replaces the
stock intake gasket. This and bypassing several heat sources significantly
reduces the transfer of heat from the head to the intake and incoming air
giving you up to 5% more power. Turbocharged cars often use an aluminum
intercooler to cool the air compressed by the turbo. The intake manifold
is also made of aluminum but because it is heated by the head from
combustion and coolant, works in reverse to an intercooler by heating the
intake air by as much as 50 deg C.
