I have installed a totally stock 2001 Miata drivetrain in my '72 MGBGT and can't override the immobilizer to get it to run.
Is there a PCM for that year of car without the immobilizer feature?
Is there a (reasonably priced) aftermarket PCM that will control all of the functions (including VVT and alternator output)?

Hi Ed,
I'm afraid there is no commercially available reprogramming equipment to deactivate the immobilizer. The only solution I'd have for you is the AEM Stand Alone Engine Management System

I can sell this model as low as $1099, but it's an order from AEM with a week or two delay before it would ship.
