U7193 FlexFuel Tuner Problem

Hi,
I've bought the FlexFuel Programmer FLX7193. My truck is an Avalanche 2003 VIN 3GNGK23GX3G233131. So the programmer received the old programm from the truck to the programmer. Then he wants to bring the flex programm to the truck - the programmer said "not available for this vehicle" and stops. Now what's wrong?

Hi Peter,
I'm sorry for this problem. Before proceeding, we should have you update the tuner to be sure it has the latest calibration files installed.

Please update the tuner before we proceed. If after that, there remain issues, we'll get Diablosport tech help involved, but the first thing they always ask is whether the tuner has been updated to ensure it has the latest files installed.
