Need to Program 2004-2005 GMC 2500 Duramax

I'm looking to purchase CarDAQ-Plus or mongoose programmer, however, I'm not really sure what I need to program PCM and TCM for a 2004-5 GMC 2500 Duramax. I need to load a VIN and I guess software. Can you please help me???

If this GM truck is the only vehicle you'll be needing to program, the Mongoose GM should do what you need without spending the money of a CarDAQ. Although, if you will be needing to cover other makes & models, the CarDAQ is the flagship product in the industry for this.

The software to use is a subscription available from GM for TIS2WEB
