Hondata S300 Engine Management: S300

The Hondata S300 System is a plug in module to the factory Honda Engine Computer (ECU) which vastly expands the capabilities of the factory ECU. It allows real time tuning of Forced induction and All Motor Applications, datalogging, and engine protection functions are but a few of the Hondata s300 System features. The S300 can be updated while the car is running, and does not require the EPROM programmer to make changes, unlike the Hondata S100 and S200 chips.

The Hondata s300 ECU Upgrade uses different connecting pins in the ECU from the s100/s200, and also has a slot cut in the side for the USB connector, so the ECU must be modified for use with the s300. The Hondata s300 is made to fit in a full frame ECU case (US and most markets), so will not fit in a JDM ECU case.
