Shipping policy

Please do note: many shipments and shipping services are being delayed due to manufacturing delays, customs, etc. While we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible delays in shipments from our location and transit times may vary. We cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time. Shipping carriers have suspended guaranteed delivery at this time.

Shipping: Tuner Tools LLC ships worldwide with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic Ground shipments are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, FedEX & DHL and the method selected is at our discretion. International shipments are generally by Federal Express with an occasional USPS Express Mail, depending on the final location, again at our discretion unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

Order Processing & Delivery: 99% of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers. Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time, especially if delivery is outside the U.S.A. and we will notify the customer when this is the case.

Pricing: While we strive to ensure our site is up to date and accurate, In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information

International Shipments: Some international shipments may have a slight delay prior to shipping because our warehouse direct ships only within the U.S.A. For products in this latter category, they are relocated first to the Tuner Tools LLC corporate offices where the export & customs documentation can be completed and then reshipped directly to the customer. This can add up to 10 business days on a small number of products. We do try to identify these types of products directly in our listings and always notify the customer of expected shipping delays
